APCG Resilient Leadership Action Lab™
Perform under pressure
Geopolitics, climate, technology, AI — every company now operates in unprecedented volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Whether your business is top-performing or fighting, the capability required is the same: staying clear, focused, and aligned when conditions turn. This four-hour action-learning workshop trains exactly that.
Watch the film
Same storm. Different outcomes.
Not motivation. A capability.
Resilience is adaptive performance under pressure
Pressure does not automatically damage performance — poor leadership response to pressure does. The Lab trains four observable, trainable qualities. No wellness language, no mental-toughness theatre.
Emotional regulation
Staying composed and clear — because a leader's emotional state becomes part of the team's operating environment.
Pragmatic optimism
Disciplined agency: focusing leadership energy where action is possible, instead of on what nobody in the room can change.
Cognitive agility
Reframing before solving — challenging expired assumptions instead of solving the wrong problem faster.
Relational trust
Surfacing issues early enough to act, and committing together — because resilience is a team sport.
The method
Your challenges, not training cases
The Lab runs on BYOC — Bring Your Own Challenge. A short pre-workshop pulse survey collects your team's real pressures anonymously; every tool in the session is then applied to those live issues, in structured action-learning groups with strict ask-before-advising discipline.
Documented cases — Maersk under cyberattack, Airbnb in 2020, Intel's famous reframe, Ford's first honest red slide — appear only as short teaching vignettes that model each tool before your team applies it to its own reality.
Designed as diagnostic-led action learning for 12–30 leaders per session, in breakout teams of 4–6 — in English, Thai, or bilingual facilitation.

Where it fits
A direct entry point — and a bridge into deeper work
The Lab stands alone: no diagnostic required, relevant to every company in every condition. And because your team works on its real challenges, it naturally surfaces the performance issues that deserve deeper attention — which is where the Company Performance Health Scan™ and the Senior Leadership Alignment Session take over.
