1. Who we are

Apirat Performance Catalyst Group (“APCG”, “we”, “us”) operates apcgstrategy.com. APCG is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@apcgstrategy.com.

We process personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) and other applicable law.

2. What we collect

  • The 256© Diagnostic: the email address you provide, your questionnaire responses, and the resulting archetype profile.
  • Enquiries: the details you choose to send us by email or through the contact form (name, company, role, email, phone, and your message).
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and operations.

3. Why we process it

  • To deliver your diagnostic report and the services you request (performance of a contract).
  • To follow up on your report and enquiries about our services (legitimate interest).
  • To enforce fair-use limits on the diagnostic and secure the site (legitimate interest).
  • Where required, on the basis of your consent — which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and Microsoft 365 (business email). These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Thailand; where they do, we rely on their standard safeguards for international transfers as permitted by the PDPA.

5. Retention

Diagnostic records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for our legitimate business follow-up, and are deleted on request. Enquiry correspondence is kept for the duration of our business relationship.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and request data portability. Write to hello@apcgstrategy.com and we will respond within the statutory period. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

7. Cookies

See our Cookie Preferences page for the cookies we use and how to change your choice.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
